Hi Jimmy, An exclusion list like this is not possible out of the box, unless you have all staff create ticket individual private ticket alerts (except the staff who do not want to receive them). -------------------------------------------------------------------

To add to that, it has been suggested for V4 so hopefully it will get implemented. Things that have been suggested are tick boxes for staff, tick boxes for departments and the ability just to send one alert to an email address of your choice. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |
