Display only overdue tickets - 16-01-2008, 03:11 AM

Hi,

How do I display JUST overdue tickets?

Staff CP -> Tickets -> Filters -> Insert Feature

You can then add the criteria as open tickets and due time as less than 0.

Due Time looks like a "Date Field" - 16-01-2008, 12:01 PM

Hi,

I tried that, but the "Due Time" field does not let me put in a numerical value, only a date.

Darn, that is for a different purpose. I don't think it is possible currently then.

Have posted http://forums.kayako.com/f63/overdue...-filter-15204/ as a feature request for consideration for a future version.

Hmm. Shame. What's the best way to sort the tickets so that the most important ones are answered first? The most important ones for me are:

1. tickets which have not a reply from a staff member. Ordered in a descening way.

i can sort the tickets by Due date, but it doesn't sort them properly when it comes to overdue tickets
