i am interested about how many people integrate SupportSuit/Esupport and any other software?

do you do it?

Using a LoginShare. See Admin CP -> Templates -> LoginShare to see if one has already been created for the software you wish to intergrate. Otherwise, see Creating a LoginShare for details on how to create one.

To add to that, ModernBill has advanced intergration which you can get more details on by opening the "intergrate" directory inside the package from the members area.

WHM CS intergration is planned and in progress.
