Hi everybody, I have a small problem. When a customer send me a ticket in HTML, I receive it good in Kayako. I use the option "Strip Tags" for the setting HTML Conversion. This works good when the ticket is displayed in Kayako But when I reply with Quote Client Posts, he receives mail with HTML contents and it's completely unreadable. I think you agree it's disturbing... Where can I set HTML should be removed when I quote in replies? Thanks for all MRobin |
