Hi, I installed eSupport on Suse and all was workign OK. I am creating departments, in this instance lets say dept = client. I browse to http://mydomain.co.uk/support/?group=client Now - I have created under downloads the following subcategories: Client (Given only Client template access and removed default) Email (Under client, only client template allowed) Troubleshooting (All templates allowed) I uploaded a file to the client\email category From my link above I click on downloads and am presented with the correct folders Client and Troubleshooting. If I click on Client I get Page cannot be displayed, if I click on troubleshooting then I can see OK.Clicking on the link to the recently uploaded files allows me to download the file in the client\email subcategory - I just cannot browse the categories. Now the killer, if I allow the default template access to the Client and Client\Email categories then I can browse them just fine. I guess this means that my original ?group=client is not being passed to those categories correctly. Please can someone tell me if this is a bug? Thanks Graham |

We have used download for template groups for our clients in v3.20.02 and it works absolutely fine. Seems more like a configuration issue then anything else. You might want to contact Kayako Support from - https://members.kayako.net. They shall look into the issue and post you an update. That would be the best thing to do. Please note, Kayako does not provide support on weekends.
