See the attached images - is this a bug or just a woopsie? Both options are under the SETTINGS > TICKETS menu option 3.20.2 apologies for posting this in the wrong forum category! |

As long as they have included an option to enable/disable technically, it cannot be an bug. Maybe this would be helpful for support systems who responds to the client after some time (not quick), it is similar to the email system which attaches old post at the bottom. |
