E-mail not being send, where is some form of logfile? - 07-03-2008, 03:14 PM

Hi there,

I am having issues with e-mail occasionally not being send when replying to tickets.

I made sure to check the Send E-mail option when replying through SupportSuite.

The e-mail have not been trapped by a spam filter.

I also have issues with e-mail reception when using the CC: mail option through the E-mail option.

What I am missing is any record either in the Audit or History that mail is being send out. The ticket post list also doesn't mention what mail is send or attempted (cc mail information is lost altogether).

Perhaps I overlook some feature or log file somewhere but this unpreditable e-mail delivery is making the product useless. Also the lack of any e-mail record is a miss.

I agree - I would also like to see a log file of all Outgoing mail from the system - with all the basic information of date/time sent, from address, to address. Like a reverse Parser Log.

Is there an official way of requesting this as a feature ?
