Hi there, You need to click on the Edit button in order to see these fields (when viewing a ticket). -------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi there, Yes - it should be at the top of the fields under the Edit tab, as below (a Staff ticket creation custom field with no text entered when creating the ticket): ![]() -------------------------------------------------------------------

If you have created the ticket before creating your custom field, then yes - you will need to perform the manual link-up. -------------------------------------------------------------------
