I have noticed with some websites you send an email to support@website.com and then it creates a ticket. How do I go about setting that up? Thanks

You have to set up an email queue in the administration interface.

You need to set up the email parser as explained in the manual found at Redirecting Professional and Affordable Kayako Skins - Specialists in Kayako Skinning & Customization - Professional Paid Support Our Skins and Services - http://www.supportskins.com/store/ SupportSkins.com - http://www.supportskins.com/ |
