Question Email handling! - 08-08-2007, 06:10 PM

Hello!

I'm wondering about email handling. How do i get SupportSuite to "save" all mail conversion that i have with a customer?

I think that i'm doing something very wrong, all i get are mail in my outlook and nothing gets to Supportsuite...

Please assist a "looser swede"

Well the way you should be working is have email piping setup for a particular email address. A client would then send in an email and it would get piped into a ticket. You would then go into the staff area and reply to the ticket. If the client replies to the ticket, it gets piped back in as a reply.
