| Email trouble -

i have esupport set up on a win2003 server, and IIS6. Im trying to get the emails to work with no luck so far.
I have double checked the relay settings on my exchange server. I have the settings in kayako as follows:
Enable SMTP: on
SMTP Host: 10.6.xxx.x
SMTP Port: 25
use auth: On
username: username
password: password
It says that it sends the emails, but i never get them, and im dispatching the emails to 2 staff members. I have read through every search i can find on this site, but still have nothing... any ideas?
p.s. let me know if you need more info on my php.ini or server settings |
