I have enable html emails in CPU optimisation and the emails are now html. I'm not getting links to the tickets though. How do I enable emails to have clickable links? I'm hoping that clicking on the ticket will open the ticket automatically. I've read the posts about adding username / password. I'm not interested in being able to do that - just want to have a link to the ticket. Thanks. |
