Exporting Ticket content

How do I? Questions about how to do specific things in SupportSuite, eSupport and LiveResponse. Not for reporting problems.

Exporting Ticket content - 01-05-2009, 12:43 AM

Hi, I've got two questions about exporting ticket content out of the support system.

1) At present it is possible to export a ticket content into a PDF format or XML. Is it possible to export it directly into MS Excel ?

2) At present exporting can only be done for one ticket at a time. How can we modify this so that exporting can be done for all the tickets on a ticketlist at one go?
