Fetch emails sent outside Kayako

Hi,

We send automatic system emails to our customers without using Kayako and I would like to know how can we fetch those sent emails into Kayako and turn them into tickets?

We currently have e-mail queues fetching emails from our mail server, but they only fetch received emails, not sent ones.

I can't see a current easy way of doing this. Once the API is built in V4, you would be able to do it using that.

What about sending a copy of the emails we send outside Kayako to ourselfs (in BCC), could we configure Kayako to convert those copies into tickets but associate them to the email under the "To" field, not the "BCC"?
