Hello, is it possible to filter tickets by "Last Replier" or by "Replies"? I want to see all tickets that have not been answered and where the last response is from the client. Is this possible / any workaround? Thank you! Thomas |

You need to view this under specific statuses for departments or wish to get an overall view?
