Will do! Jamie has Captivate now too so he will now be making them as well as me. Hopefully in a month or so we will have tutorials for doing just about anything you can think of.

Craig, I would love to see a tutorial on creating KB articles as xml's and then importing them into the KB.
Another one that I see a lot of people looking for is how to create / setup a satellite help desk. Just a generic, product 1, product 2... kind of thing?
I am trying to do that now, so I know it would help me!!

Unfortunatly I lost the newer ones I did over christmas to a virus (forgot about backing up these which were in an odd folder when formatting the hard drive). I plan to get back on top of these sometime over the next few months including one that goes over general configuration stuff when first setting up Kayako. They will be voice ones too!
