forward tickets created over web - 24-12-2007, 12:13 AM

I would like to automatically forward tickets submitted through the web form to an email address. Is this possible?

Hi smartohana,

I am afraid this is not possible; it could only be made possible via an e-mail pipe (using mail parser rules).
