Generating Custom Reports

Generating Custom Reports - 01-12-2008, 05:11 PM

I need to pull all of the tickets and postings related to a specific keyword and then save them all to a .pdf .xls .doc or something along those lines.

I know how to search on a keyword and view the group of tickets found, as well as view each individual ticket and postings, but I can't see a way to save or export any of this. Can it be done in SupportSuite, or is this something I'd have to do from within SQL?
