This is automatically done. All users who submit tickets should get back an autoresponder email unless you have disabled this. You can edit what the email contains by going Admin CP -> Templates -> Manage Templates -> Tickets -> email_autoresponder Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |
