Hmm, after seeing this as well as your other post about the autoresponder, it would appear either that emails are not getting sent out by your system or a spam filter is grabbing them.

Go Admin CP -> Settings -> CPU Optimization & Server and tell me all the settings you have set under SMTP Settings.

Also, check to make sure the emails are not getting trapped by a spam filter on the client side.

Weird. Have you tried using the SMTP server from a desktop email program just to test it?

Have you tried turning off SMTP sending (when you do this it will use PHP's Mail function) just to see if it works?

just tested that now, nothing so far is working. Server guy said he logged into the system and it was working the other way.

I think I need to try restoring the settings in the code. can I just hit "restore" and it will go to default?

Yes but remember to backup your changes first so you can manually add them back in later.

Hey Craig, I found out what the issue was, the default reply address that autofills must be bad, I changed it to my email (it was there already) and it worked! WTH.

anyway...I think that's my problem.
