Getting notified by email when a new ticket is opened - 31-05-2008, 06:46 PM

Can someone maybe explain if it's possible and how to enable the feature to get notified per email when a new ticket is created.
I looked everywhere in the settings, but really can't find anything.

After creating an Email Rule I also discovered the SMS Alert feature which I am using also right now
