Go back to view all after taking action on a ticket?

When I "take action" on a ticket, i.e. reply, delete it etc. by clicking on the ticket detail and then taking whatever action, it takes me back to just the department that ticket was from. How can I set it so after taking action on a ticket, it returns me automatically to the full list view?

This is a known issue which I think they are working on fixing in the next build.
