have different ticket categories and custom fields for different user groups. - 22-10-2007, 02:15 AM

I am sure templates are involved here, but how do you make a different template have a different set of ticket options instead of just a different look?

We have internal and external people who will be submitting tickets, depending on their group, we want when they hit submit ticket to have a different set of ticket options as well as different custom fields on the ticket page. How is this done?
