Hi, We get some e-mails to our SupportSuite encoded in charset CP-1255 (alsp called "Hebrew Windows" under MS Outlook). Problem is I can't get SupportSuite to properly decode those messages and display them correctly. I've tried inserting a language in Admin CP with either CP-1255 or windows-1255 (this is how it appears on a raw Outlook message source) as charset, but in both cases SupportSuite thinks this message is in English and display Gibberish instead of Hebrew characters. How can I get SupportSuite to display those messages in a correct manner? BTW: SupportSuite displays Hebrew messages encoded in UTF-8 just fine (I've had to insert UTF-8 charset in Admin CP), but Outlook's default Hebrew encoding is CP-1255. TIA, Tamir. |
