Helpdesk Log-in details appended to each ticket - 12-10-2008, 02:13 PM

Hi, i would like the login details to be appeneded to each ticket if possible, similair to when new tickets are generated:

Your Ticket has been received and a member of our staff will review it and reply accordingly. Listed below are details of this Ticket. Please make sure the Ticket ID remains in the subject at all times.
 
        Ticket ID: SGD-126177
        Subject: Help request
        Department: IT
        Priority: Low

It would be nice if i could get them appended to each reply, at the moment i only get the following for my replies to the client's email:

We are working on your request

Department: IT
Priority: Low
Status: Open
Im sure i have seen this before and it is possible, i have been so busy with other setup aspects that i cant find it in the manual but i think this is because my eyes are too tired to see it!
