Hide email address from client? - 17-12-2007, 11:59 PM

Hey, I'm an admin and also a staff for our helpdesk. I have it set so that all tickets submitted or replied to are sent to 2 different email addresses (one goes to my mobile). How can I hide that address so that when customers are logged into the system or receiving emails from the helpdesk, they can't see my mobile email address?

They will not see your email address. The only reason for entering it into the staff section is for notifications.
