Hello, When I receive new messages in eSupport, the folder Open displays the number of messages, for instance: Open (3) When I move message to On Hold folder, the folder doesn't display the number of messages anymore. I have several departments, and it's very easy to forget that I have messages in the On Hold folders. Is there a way to display the number of messages for On Hold folder, just like fopr Open folder? I.e., On Hold (3). Thank you, Peter |
