How to add 'View Tickets' link - 21-07-2007, 07:00 PM

Sorry if I've completely overlooked this...

I would like to add a link for users to 'View Tickets' once they log in, preferably in the 'My Account' window - simple yes? ... but I cannot figure out how to do it...

Thanks for any input.

tj

The -view tickets- widget doesn't work?

Hello,

I don't know - I'm still trying to figure out completely how to use this thing.

I have allowed the usergroup to change the status of the tickets -- what else do I need to do?

Is that somewhere in the Admin settings?

** For clarity -- if a user submits a ticket, they are given a link in an autoresponder which will take them to view their ticket in Kayako (this works fine) -- what I would like to know is if I can make it so that if they just go to Kayako and log in, they can pull up their ticket(s).... as it stands, I've not figured out how to do that....

When a user logs in the web interface they have 2 ticket widgets: "submit ticket", and "view tickets". In the view tickets widget all their tickets are listed (they have to be connected).
Is that what you're looking for?

Well ... that's the default configuration... try to create a test user, and log in

That's for registered users.

Hello,

I've tested it while logged in - created a ticket for myself, went back and logged in -- no 'view tickets' option.

I didn't set up our install, but I am however trying to learn everything I can about it, as I am taking over the running of it. Is it possible that while skinning Kayako for our site that it was somehow 'disabled'?

Thanks for all of the help, I really do appreciate it!
