Hello, I've tested it while logged in - created a ticket for myself, went back and logged in -- no 'view tickets' option. I didn't set up our install, but I am however trying to learn everything I can about it, as I am taking over the running of it. Is it possible that while skinning Kayako for our site that it was somehow 'disabled'? Thanks for all of the help, I really do appreciate it! tj |
