Hello, The way to do this is to not put any live support images on your site and do the following to disable it on the client support area :- 1. Go into the admin area. 2. Click "Settings" on the left menu. 3. Go into "Live Support". 4. Set "Display Live Support Status Icon below Navigation Bar" (at the bottom) to "No". 5. Click "Update Settings". You would then just use the Windows Live Support Application to request chats with them by right clicking on them when it shows them online. Hope this helps you. Best Regards, Craig Brass Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

You need to go into the staff area, click "Live Support", click "Tag Generator" and copy that code to the pages you want to be able to track the user on. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |
