How to change a link paths

Hi... Could anyone tell me how I can change the link path from the header logo (top left corner) so it points to my website home page adress rather than the support centre, and also , as I will not be using the troobleshooting section I would like to change the link for this so I only have to customize the text and make it point to another page ?

You need to edit the header template:
Admin CP > Templates > Manage Templates > General > header
Look for product.gif

as I will not be using the troobleshooting section

Any section of the helpdesk which you are not using can be disabled from the Admin CP:
Admin CP > Settings > Troubleshooters > Client Support Interface Troubleshooter Settings > Display Troubleshooter Widget
Change it to No

You can add extra links by editing the widgets.php file found in the /includes/Widgets directory of the software.
