You need to edit the "email_noregistration" template found under: Admin CP > Templates > Manage Templates > Mail Parser Make sure you rebuild the software cache by deleteing all files in the cache directory except the index.htm file or by running the cache rebuilding URL in the browser after you have edited the template.
