in my front page of kayako I see the options:

Submit a Ticket
Knowledgebase
Troubleshooter
News

How do I enable the "Register" option ?

Staff CP -> Users -> Groups -> Guest -> Set Register Widget to Yes.

I checked there, it says:
Can View Register Widget Yes

but still i cant see the registration page.

Try changing it to No, saving then going back and setting it to Yes. Remember to clear the /cache/ directory using FTP software.

Also, make sure you are selecting Guest when in groups.

hello,

I did disable the widget, then opened the page http://support.tophost.gr/staff/inde...a=rebuildcache ( i checked folder /cache/ it was empty after that) and then I enabled the widget again.
I still dont see the registration page

Really odd. Have you modified the templates?

You seem to be using LoginShare for your helpdesk due to which the "Register" icon is not visible. Disable LoginShare and the icon will re-appear. You can check that under:
Admin CP > Templates > Manage Groups > default > Settings > LoginShare
