how to disable "Register" in Customer CP - 23-03-2009, 07:32 PM

Hello

I don't want that everyone can register trough Customer CP.

Question: is it possible to disable the entry "register" into Customer CP?

Disable "Can View Register Widget", under staff control panel -> Users -> Manage Groups -> [Select 'Guest']

Jamie,

I only purchased the LIVE SUPPORT 1/2 of your suite and do not have/need the ability for customers to create support tickets. After following your instructions above, I was able to hide the REGISTER module. How can I Hide the LOGIN module? I would like my customers to be able to view Knowledge base article & news but there is no reason for them to LOGIN.

Hi,
You may remove the login box from Client Support Center by following the undermentioned path:

Admin CP > Templates > Manage Templates > General > navbar

Find the code starting with BEGIN LOGIN BOX highlight from there to get END LOGIN BOX and delete that and then choose Save.
