How do I add the "Flag" field when replying - 22-05-2008, 08:38 PM

How do I add the "Flag" field when replying to a ticket? The only place I can find to set and clear flags is in the ticket list, which is not convenient, especially because when setting the flag, the owner has to be reset as well or it will default to "unassigned".

Hi,

I was also confused with this long time. What you need to do is before posting the reply, click on the "Ticket Options" menu on the left, then select "Flag Ticket" and select the appropriate flag.

Hope this works.

Yes I think the Flag functionality is quite strange, first of all you cannot create new Flags or change the colors, second it's not available "immediately" when replying to a ticket, you need to first change the label and then post the reply.
I think a good feature for V 4 is to upgrade the Flags functionality.
