How do I change the 'due' date format when viewing a ticket? - 23-06-2009, 02:41 PM

I'm wondering if I am able to change the format the due date is output. It currently shows as days and hours but I would need a delivery date.

This is in the staff 'manage tickets' view.

For example it tells me either that the ticket is 'overdue' or '9h21m52s' (days/hours left until it becomes overdue) but what I need is the date when it's due, ie 24/06/2009 and preferably it says overdue but keeps the date.

Is that possible in any way or are there any other fields that do this?

That is the time since the ticket was created or updated and not the count down time till the ticket will be marked overdue.

I suppose you will have to modify the source code to add the feature you have requested. This feature is not available by default.

I need this as well. I don't care about seeing the hours, date, minutes until due.

That really does me no good and just looks strange. Any input on how we can accomplish this?

(I have already changed the global date settings, but it doesn't affect this field since it is a countdown timer of sorts.)
