How do I delete comments in eSupport?

In my General Settings, I have moderation set to "on", so the comments are never displayed. But I have discovered that a large number of unapproved comments has accumulated, mostly spam.

How do I delete them without having to do it one-by-one? And is there a way to turn off the comments feature entirely?
