Question How do I get rid of extra lines in parsed tickets? - 05-03-2008, 10:48 AM

If a message is piped in which looks like this:

Code:
This is the first line
of a multi-line message.
It appears as....

Code:
This is the first line

of a multi-line message.
...with extra spaces.

Very annoying. How do I prevent this?

It really is best to open support tickets about things like this. The forums aren't really patrolled for support this way. It's really easy to lose stuff in vBulletin. We use our own ticket tracker because that way we can keep track of things.

If you open a ticket for this, I'll get a bug opened for it and we can get it scheduled for a release fix soon.
