How do I list more than 3 Popular Knowledgebase Articles?

I have set the "Display Popular Articles Quick Box" to yes and "Maxmimum Number of Articles to Display in Popular Articles Box" to 8 but it only shows 3 articles.

This was working fine up until last week (i.e. showing 8), but has suddenly stopped showing more than 3. Is this normal?

I have over 60 articles all with viewings.

Have you made a point to view the articles after you added them in the software?

All 50+ the articles have viewings (from 5 to 200). I have just been playing around (by forcing the order to change of the top articles) and it seems that if any articles are lower (less viewings) than a certain 1 they aren't shown in the most popular.

Is this article corrupt?

Can be a misconfiguration issue. Have some one look into your software settings.
