hi all, i wondered how i can easily login to the live support section as staff member? i did read a lot allready but never got the 'online' button working..... tia for helping a noob out  i have the supportsuite running...... |

Hi Jan, You need to install the LiveResponse Client Application, enter your login details for your SupportSuite installation and connect.
