| How do I questions about KB article customization and template customization -

Hello, I just submitted a ticket to Kayako about my install of esupport, but I want to 'double-dip' and ask here too! I want to cast a big net out there and see if I can get some answers to my questions.
Here's my questions:
1. How do I add images to a KB article? For example, I want to add a pic of an error message.
2. Any links I add to a KB article are black and of a different font type than the rest of the font that I enter into my KB articles? I understand that this is a CSS stylesheet issue. I know it is in in the General/cleintCSS template, but there are so many listings there. Please tell me which stylesheet listing it is?!
3. I am working with different template groups. I want to add an image of my product on the main page of one of my template groups. I want it to appear right next to the words "Support Center" on the main page. How do I do this? I can't find out which template I need to edit?!
4. I want to add a new custom widget to my template groups. eg. a Resource widget to appear along with the other widgets, News, KB, Downloads... How do I do this? Which template?
