Hi,

How do I remove the auto inserted urls in tickets that point back to esupport when a ticket is submitted?

I am pretty sure it is in the templates, but I am not sure what is safe to remove.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You wish to remove the URL's from which email? If you are referring to the autoresponder email then the template you need to edit is email_autoresponder.

Thank you. Yes I am referring to the autoresponder and all emails.

I want to use eSupport as a ticket system via email only, no client logins etc.

You will have to open each email template and remove the URL from the templates in which you do not wish to show the link. Email templates can be distinguished by their names which usually is email_*
