| How do I reply easily to Notification emails -

Hello,
I am receiving notification emails on urgent emails to my blackberry.
When I hit reply, it is the email address to the Helpdesk Kayako Server.
Is there a way to change the REPLY to ADDRESS in notification emails so that it replies to the CUSTOMER and also CC: to Kayako Ticket at the same time so that the reply gets added in the ticket.
Right now when I receive a notifcation email, I have to log into /WAP and then issue a reply, hitting reply to the notification email will save me a lot of time.
