How do i set the MAIL charset

Greetings,
My language is croatian and we have some specific symbols: č,ć,ž,đ,š to make these work i need to set the charset to UTF-8, it worked but i don't know how to change charsets of outgoing mails, the mail header looks like this:

Content-Type: text/plain; charset="windows-1250"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit

Have you tried changing the charset on the Phrases section of the Admin CP?

To do this click on Languages-->Manage Phrases and update the following phrases:
charset, html_charset and text_charset.

Let me know if this worked.

Log into the Admin CP of Kayako, on the left hand menu click on "Languages", then click on "Manage Phrases". Searc for the phrases called charset, html_charset and text_charset and update their value to UTF-8.
