How do I show the registration widget

When users are not logged in, they do not see the registration widget. How can I show this widget for registered users. When I go to the Staff CP - manage groups - guest, "can view register widget" is put on "yes". but still, the register widget does not show.

Hi Hubert,

- Are you sure you are not testing this whilst being logged into your support desk?
- Have you edited the widgets.php file at all?

Are you using any loginshare module in your helpdesk? You can check it under:
Admin CP > Templates > Manage Groups > default > Settings

If you are using a loginshare module then the software will not show the "Register" widget.
