Guys how do you support your own staff through ticket?

need some idea.

staff being able to send tickets only visible to admin and not other staffs

supposing one is sick and can't work today. I want him to send a ticket that can be viewable only by me.

If he's sick can't he just send you an email? I'm not sure why you would need private tickets. Can you provide more examples?

You could create a private department that only admins are assigned to and create a new email address that pipes into that department. Then staff can email that address when they are sick or whatever and only admins will be able to see the ticket in that department.
