How do you get rid of auto responses - 22-06-2008, 07:31 AM

some people live to set up and auto response in their web mails
like yahoo.

the send a ticket and you reply then you receive auto response
that they have received your ticket

some times they contact with another email which itself is forwared to another email and full of auto responses

I can set up rules to get rid of one of two but not all

How you guys manage that. ?
