How to enable a Custom field group for a particular user? - 03-04-2007, 07:48 AM

Hi Friends,

I am planning to use eSupport for our Travel Desk department.

Depending upon the user request we would like to enable Custom Field group to accept the input from the User.

For example if they are applying for US VISA, then I need to enable US VISA Custom Field group to accept information related to that, if it is German VISA we need to enable a different Custom group.

Just want to know whether it is possible?

Yes - it is possible to do this either by department or by template group, both are documented in the staff control panel manual: User manuals
