Hi Martin,

You can do this per e-mail queue via the administrator control panel.

I do not think you can stop the software from sending out autoresponders when ticket is created from the Client Support Center however you can stop the software from sending out autoresponders when a ticket is directly created by sending an email to the piped email address. You can disable it by editing the email parser queue setting it not to send an autoresponder.
