How to I remove the view status link in outgoing email - 30-04-2008, 06:11 PM

How do I remove the message at the bottom of the outgoing email message that a user can click on to view the status of their ticket.

Users keep getting a error message stating they need to register.

You can check the status of or reply to this Ticket online at: ERM Information Solutions - Powered By Kayako eSupport

Admin CP -> Templates -> Manage Templates -> Tickets -> email_autoresponder
