How to make it so code shows up in tickets? - 17-07-2007, 12:42 AM

Hi,

With one of my products I sometimes need to paste html or php code into the ticket to instruct my customers how to do certain things.

When I paste in code with tags it doesn't show up in the ticket thread but does show up in most email clients.

Is there a way to make it so code will show up in the ticket?

Post the a link to the bug report here too so they are 'tied together' so to speak and can be tracked.

Hi Dino,

We do not have an exact schedule for the bug fixes - it will be fixed as soon as possible. We simply have to crunch through them day by day and when we come to the bug you have reported then that is when it will be fixed. The rate at which we can go through bug fixing also depends on the pending feature request implementations (which are scheduled) and the number of support issue we have that require developer attention.

Keep watching the tracker entry to see when it has been fixed; it should not be too long.
